We instruct our AI providers not to use WorkHogee content to train their models. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising. Intent classification, suggested/automated replies, and lead scores are generated by AI (large language models) and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. Only the comment text and minimal context are sent to AI providers—never your OAuth tokens or credentials. The service is hosted in Singapore. If you connect accounts from another region, data is transferred across borders. We use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for such transfers. We keep data for as long as your account is connected and for 90 days after disconnect, except where retention is required by law. When you delete your account, associated personal data is deleted within 30 days (backup copies expire on a routine cycle). WorkHogee processes commenters’ information on behalf of the merchant whose account received the comment. The commenter’s primary relationship is with that merchant and with Instagram/Meta. If you are a commenter and wish to opt out of automated replies, ask a question about your data, or request deletion, contact the merchant directly; you may also email [email protected] and we will facilitate the request with the merchant. We do not sell commenter data and do not use it for targeted advertising.WorkHogee 代表接收评论的商家处理评论者信息；评论者的主要关系对象是该商家以及 Instagram/Meta。如果你是评论者，希望退出自动回复、了解你的数据或要求删除，请直接联系该商家；也可邮件至 [email protected]，我们会协助转交商家处理。我们不出售评论者数据，也不将其用于定向广告。
